Elizabeth & Robin ~ Moxhull Hall

It was was one of those beautiful dry Autumn days (although 15 degrees it felt so much warmer!) where guests could relax outside and really take in the stunning view across the impressive grounds of Moxhull Hall, which is where Elizabeth & Robin said their I Do’s in an intimate ceremony before their closest family and friends.  I don’t think any of us could believe our luck when we woke to such a stunning day, you would never have guessed it was nearly November,   I already knew two things that were going to make the day a real joy. Firstly, the Bride & Groom to be were a really lovely couple, genuine, friendly and welcoming, so a good start and secondly, the venue is a beauty, up there with one of my favourites. Liz was having her make up applied when I arrived and everything was very calm and going to plan beautifully.  Meanwhile downstairs a slightly nervous Robin waited with his Bestman & Usher, who did a  grand job of keeping him calm. Being such a stunner of a day Robin & Liz were lucky enough to have an outdoor ceremony in the picturesque setting of Calliope’s Garden.  Liz and her very proud Dad walked the aisle beaming from ear to ear and the wedding officially began.  Once the vows were made, rings exchanged and the new Mr & Mrs French shared their first kiss as man and wife, the happy couple signed the registers and led every back up towards the main house for the drinks reception. After photographing them with their family and friends we made our way off for some more private moments. I was delighted to capture some lovely shots of Liz & Robin as they embraced against a vibrant and warm sunset…. it really was a case of the weather reflecting a beautiful day.  Everyone had a wonderful time and I know Liz and Robin were super proud of their beautiful daughter Georgia who really was an angel all day.  Liz and Robin held their wedding breakfast inside the main house and the room looked stunning, so I finished off with the traditional cutting of the cake shot before I said my goodbyes.  It had truly been a marvellous day, Thank you Liz and Robin for choosing me to share it with you, here’s to a long and happy future together 🙂

A big thank you to Gary and all his staff for all their hard work, a pleasure as always and lovely to be back xx
